📋 Description

• Deliver pre‑sales technical support throughout the sales cycle • Use deep product knowledge to support sales teams and customers through presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions • Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate company products or solutions to meet business needs • Develop detailed product specifications and contribute to design and implementation plans for complex solutions • Build proof‑of‑concepts or rapid prototypes to demonstrate solution feasibility and value • Provide technical consultation, product capability assessments, and solution validation for prospective customers • Resolve a wide range of technical challenges using creativity, sound judgment, and expertise • Collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders within the area of specialization • Contribute to organizational goals by influencing solution strategy and technical direction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field • 4–6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent professional experience
