📋 Description
• Provide individual and group therapy to individuals who are trying to conceive or in the perinatal period using evidence-based approaches • Maintain a clinical caseload between 25-35 clients depending on program needs and administrative time • Collaborate with psychiatry and other disciplines to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care • Develop and deliver internal education for clinicians • Help evaluate program effectiveness and support continuous improvement efforts
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field • Postpartum Support International PMH-C certification strongly preferred • Current California licensure as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Licensed Psychologist • Minimum of two years post license experience in behavioral health, IOP or PHP experience • Proficiency with essential technology platforms, such as EHR systems, Zoom, Google Suite, and Dayforce
