📋 Description

• Travel to customer sites to unpack, install, commission, and calibrate new 3D printing systems • Conduct structured on-site training for new and existing customers on machinery operation, software use, and basic maintenance • Perform live product demonstrations • Respond to customer downtime and perform urgent repairs, often on short notice • Manage annual preventative maintenance visits within the 90-day target window • Diagnose electromechanical issues and achieve single-visit resolutions • Execute a high volume of field activity • Independently manage complex travel schedules and submit expenses on time • Maintain installation, training, and repair records in Salesforce

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Munich or within a 45-minute drive (highly preferred due to hub connectivity) • Willing to be on the road 80%+ of the time • Strong technical background in electromechanical/hardware • Soft skills required to teach others how to use the technology • Fluency in German and English (both C1) • Valid driver’s license required • French fluency, passion for 3D printing and emerging technologies, and experience in rapidly-growing startup environments are bonus skills
