📋 Description

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact and face of Formlabs across Italy • Travel to customer sites to unpack, install, commission, and calibrate 3D printing systems • Conduct structured on-site user training on machinery, software, and basic maintenance • Perform live product demonstrations • Respond rapidly to customer downtime and perform urgent repairs • Conduct annual preventative maintenance visits within the 90-day target window • Diagnose electromechanical issues and achieve single-visit resolutions • Execute a high volume of field service activity • Independently manage flights, trains, hotels, rental cars, and expenses • Maintain installation, training, and repair records in Salesforce

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Milan or within a 45-minute drive • Willing to travel 80%+ of the time • Strong electromechanical/hardware technical background • Ability to teach others how to use technical equipment • Fluency in English and Italian (C1-C2) • Valid driver’s license (B) required • German/French fluency (bonus skill) • Passion for 3D printing and emerging technologies (bonus skill) • Experience in rapidly-growing startup environments (bonus skill)
