📋 Description
• Provide technical consulting and support for OEM and end customers from dairies, breweries, and beverage production • Identify and develop tailor-made customer solutions • Conduct active sales in a territory with many existing customers and strong growth potential • Collect customer feedback (VOC – Voice of Customer) to expand customer understanding and generate product-development impulses • Document sales activities in the CRM system • Track and successfully win customer projects
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in food production and sales is desirable • Strong passion for sales and an open mindset for modern sales approaches • Willingness to travel • Experience with Salesforce is an advantage • Strong communication skills • Fluent Italian and English negotiation skills • Independent and structured way of working • Sales territory is Italy
