âą Partner closely with Product teams to bring customer, market, and business context into product direction, positioning, and go-to-market decisions. âą Conduct market and customer research to uncover insights into customer needs, decision-making, and competitive dynamics. âą Test and validate concepts, positioning, and messaging using customer insight (e.g., VoC, focus groups, customer interviews) to ensure strong, aligned go-to-market execution. âą Develop clear, differentiated product positioning, value propositions, and core messaging that resonate with target audiences. âą Own and drive go-to-market strategy and execution for new product introductions (NPIs), leveraging standardized frameworks to deliver consistent, high-quality launches across regions. âą Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product management, digital, sales, regional teams) to execute go-to-market plans and campaigns. âą Create and scale global marketing and sales enablement assets (one-pagers, datasheets, web content, etc.) that support adoption and growth. âą Build scalable messaging, assets, and enablement frameworks to support consistent execution and alignment across global teams. âą Define and track key performance metrics for launches, translating insights into actionable recommendations to improve adoption and business outcomes. âą Align priorities and execution across regions (EMEA, APAC, Americas) to ensure cohesive global impact. âą Partner with fellow Product Marketing Managers to share best practices and strengthen overall team capability. âą Continuously test, learn, and optimize based on performance and feedback. âą Experiment and learn quickly from performance insights and feedback. âą Develop and deliver clear, compelling presentations and narratives that influence stakeholders. âą Write high-impact copy optimized for web, SEO, and digital channels in partnership with Content and SEO teams. âą Organize and manage data across multiple systems. âą Manage and organize data across systems to support decision-making and execution. âą Balance multiple priorities and work effectively across global teams and time zones. âą Travel up to 20%.
âą 5-7+ years of product or technical marketing experience in a B2B organization. âą Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. âą Broad understanding of various marketing strategies and campaign tactics. âą Ability to interpret data and create data-driven campaign strategies. âą Excellent verbal and written communication skills. âą 4+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B organization. âą Experience launching hardware and software products. âą Background in quantitative and qualitative customer research. âą Experience in a global marketing role with regional partners in EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. âą Technical content writing experience.
