• Drive business growth by applying program management skills in the development of innovative, software-enabled digital health solutions. • Drive process discipline by leading cross‑functional, geographically dispersed program teams through scoping, resource planning, target setting, and accountability across application software, data/AI workstreams, and supporting functions. • Communicate at all levels of the organization, managing conflict and tradeoffs, and enabling cross-functional success. • Use an iterative approach to product development and partner effectively with software engineering to plan and deliver against requirements, architecture, implementation, verification/validation, release. • Lead teams to create and maintain an iterative development schedule and action plan (build-measure-learn cycles). • Define program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and accurately track KPIs to support the high-level KPIs in the organization. • Own tracking and communicating program risks – including collaborating on mitigation plans. • Create and maintain budgets for programs, including challenging unplanned spend.
• A minimum of 10+ years of experience developing integrated solutions that include application software. • Experience delivering production software releases is strongly preferred. • Experience with regulated industries is preferred. • Experience collaborating on AI/ML-enabled products or developing AI tools (e.g., LLM-powered assistants, automation, analytics) is a plus; familiarity with data governance and validation expectations in regulated environments is beneficial. • Demonstrated ability to inspire collaborative team execution, including leadership of geographically dispersed cross-functional development teams. • Proven experience in risk management and change management. • Comfortable communicating at all levels of the organization, adjusting appropriately for the audience and purpose. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. A technical degree is a plus. • PMI/PMP certification is a plus.
