📋 Description

• Direct and influence multi-disciplinary teams within Fortress (i.e., products, development, etc.) in support of Client requirements and objectives. • Serve as the SME for cyber security in multiple domains (i.e., asset management, threat and vulnerability management, risk management, etc.) • Work with Client team leads to determine program pain points and provide suggested solutions. • Manage the creation of Client test cases for each platform release, communicate testing timeframes, and troubleshoot failed test cases. • Ensure that work is being completed to client and internal quality standards for all analysts. • Periodic programmatic status reporting (i.e., monthly, quarterly, and annually) by client. • Execute managerial duties, including but not limited to, conducting ongoing conversations, providing feedback, coaching, and training, and participating in performance management. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in multiple cyber security domains with a minimum of 2 years' experience in asset and vulnerability management • 3+ years of experience in progressive leadership roles. • Cybersecurity-related certifications (CISA, CISM, GIAC, CISSP or equivalent) • Demonstrated experience in client services with an ability to deliver quality results in a demanding environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in distilling the details into meaningful and impactful program insights. • Ability to multi-task, remain flexible, and maintain quality in an evolving environment with multiple competing priorities. • Excellent analytical, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
