📋 Description

• Build and improve accounting workflows to streamline operations and enhance productivity • Manage system transitions to ensure seamless execution and long-term success • Independently lead small-scale projects from initiation through completion • Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions • Provide hands-on training, troubleshooting, and optimization support • Perform AR, AP, reconciliations, and monthly close with accuracy and consistency • Conduct file assessments, maintain reconciliations, and assist with month-end close • Collaborate as a secondary project manager on larger initiatives • Maintain accurate and organized client records • Schedule and conduct training sessions and ongoing services with clients • Maintain strong written and verbal communication with clients and internal teams • Maintain a 90% billable utilization rate • Accurately log billable and non-billable hours in the CRM

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant accounting or consulting experience • Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and best practices • Strong experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online • Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Excel preferred
