📋 Description

• Design and implement Voice AI and conversational customer-service journeys in Parloa • Integrate Parloa with backend systems using REST APIs, JSON payloads, and OAuth2 authentication • Develop and configure use cases including FAQs, customer authentication, complaint handling, troubleshooting, motor reset, and booking termination • Support functional testing, dialogue optimization, defect resolution, and quality assurance • Apply GDPR, Responsible AI, security, and data-privacy requirements throughout the solution lifecycle • Conduct knowledge-transfer, training, and enablement sessions for business and technical teams • Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate customer-service processes into effective conversational flows

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience developing conversational AI, voicebots, chatbots, or virtual agents • Experience with API integration, particularly REST, JSON, and OAuth2 • Understanding of Generative AI, prompt engineering, and LLM-based solution patterns • Experience with dialogue design, intent modeling, and customer-service automation • A structured approach to testing, quality assurance, and continuous dialogue improvement • Awareness of Responsible AI, GDPR, information security, and data privacy • Strong communication skills and the ability to train both technical and business stakeholders • Experience with Parloa, Cognigy, or a comparable conversational AI platform • Working knowledge of TypeScript and/or Python • Experience connecting AI agents with enterprise systems and customer-service workflows • Familiarity with AI orchestration, tool calling, prompt management, and LLM-based architectures

• Freelance / B2B Contract • Utilization: 50% (20 hours per week) • Remote within the EU • Contract duration until the end of December 2026, with a high likelihood of extension
