📋 Description
• Own execution across IT and development initiatives • Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA • Act as primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team • Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives • Monitor project performance metrics and KPIs
🎯 Requirements
• IT or software project management experience • Strong track record of backlog ownership • Data fluency • Experience running agile ceremonies • Payments, fintech, or vertical SaaS background is a plus • Authorized to work in the US.
