📋 Description

• Handle litigation matters related to Civil Law and Consumer Law; • Conduct negotiations for judicial and out-of-court settlements; • Analyze cases and identify opportunities for settlement and conflict resolution; • Draft pleadings, legal opinions and other legal documents; • Manage a caseload, ensuring compliance with deadlines and operational demands; • Maintain contact with clients and involved parties, providing necessary updates and coordination; • Support the development of strategies aimed at efficient dispute resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and active membership with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); • Experience in Civil Law and/or Consumer Law; • Experience conducting negotiations and formalizing judicial and out-of-court settlements; • Knowledge of Civil Procedure; • Strong verbal and written communication skills; • Organized, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team.
