📋 Description

• Full responsibility for managing a caseload of high-volume civil litigation, ensuring deadlines are met and the technical quality of filings is maintained; • Drafting procedural documents at all stages of proceedings, including defenses, appeals, submissions, challenges, briefs, enforcement of judgments, and other strategic pleadings; • Participation in conciliation, evidentiary and trial hearings, developing litigation strategies and representing clients’ interests; • Daily monitoring of case progress, review of court publications, notifications and docket activity in court systems; • Defining and monitoring litigation strategy in coordination with the team leadership; • Conducting research of doctrine, case law and legislation to support legal arguments and submissions; • Interaction with local counsel/correspondents, corporate representatives, expert consultants and other professionals involved in case management.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); • Experience in high-volume civil litigation; • Experience drafting procedural documents and conducting hearings; • Knowledge of the Civil Procedure Code and applicable procedural law; • Experience with electronic court systems (e-SAJ, PJe, Projudi, Eproc, among others); • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel; • Excellent legal writing and analytical skills; • Organization and ability to manage a large caseload; • Sense of prioritization and deadline management; • Proactivity and autonomy in case handling; • Strong oral and written communication skills; • Ease working in teams and good interpersonal skills;

🏖️ Benefits

• Hybrid work arrangement for residents of São Paulo and Greater São Paulo, with two days per week in the Vila Olímpia office. • Fully remote for candidates residing outside São Paulo and Greater São Paulo.
