📋 Description

• Design features and workflows for complex, data-rich B2B SaaS products • AI-native design -- integrating AI across discovery, prototyping, and delivery to accelerate iteration and scale impact across squads • Partner with Product Managers to translate requirements into intuitive UX solutions • Contribute to improving consistency across products by applying shared patterns and standards • Support the evolution of the design system through contributions and feedback • Conduct research using product analytics (e.g., Pendo) and customer feedback • Collaborate with Engineering teams, including offshore partners in India, to deliver high-quality designs • Present design work and rationale to product leadership and customers

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of product design experience • B2B SaaS experience is required (please do not apply if you are missing this experience) • Demonstrated experience applying AI tools to the design process • Experience designing complex workflows or operations-focused software • Portfolio demonstrating strong UX fundamentals and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently with guidance and feedback from senior designers • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Experience working with offshore engineering teams in India is a major plus • Comfortable navigating ambiguity
