📋 Description

• Communicate with internal users of trading and banking systems in writing. • Analyze and register requests, clarify details, and classify them by priority. • Assist users by setting up and using our financial products and trading platform. • Resolve standard technical issues and escalate requests to the second-line support team when necessary. • Maintain reports and document requests, and solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in user technical support and/or a call centre. • Basic knowledge of SQL and some experience working with databases and task trackers. • Russian language proficiency is mandatory. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Basic technical literacy and a willingness to deepen your knowledge in this area. • Responsibility, punctuality, and stress resilience. • Nice to Have: English proficiency at B2 level or above. • Understanding the basic principles of financial markets and exchange operations. • Experience working with databases and SQL queries.
