📋 Description

• Part of the Reputation team and responsible for how freiheit.com is perceived externally. • Develop and write content for the website, social media, and recruiting channels. • Develop storylines, concepts, and scripts for video formats and support them from idea to publication. • Provide communications support for software projects and work closely with engineering teams. • Identify relevant topics and independently develop new content ideas.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in communications, media, humanities, business, journalism, or a comparable qualification. • Strong storyteller—able to translate complex topics into clear, understandable, and compelling narratives. • Very confident writing skills in German and English. • Several years of experience in corporate communications, content, or social media. • Experience developing content and video formats. • Prefer to work closely with teams and projects; curious about technical topics. • Independent thinker with a structured way of working. • Open, empathetic, and clear in communication.
