• Provide general administrative support for the North Atlantic office. • Manage office inventory by keeping inventory organized, accurately recording inventory supply, and identifying replenishment needs. • Lead all mailings from the North Atlantic office by preparing and mailing packages to members and staff, including awards, rewards and incentives, product program materials, retail items, and other USAGSO materials. • Coordinate and distribute USAGSO’s weekly staff newsletter. • Provide support to the Finance and Administrative Associate, as needed, including managing petty cash. • Support the logistics and operational needs of the annual Girl Scout Cookie Program, including but not limited to coordinating the distribution of cookies, arranging cookie transportation, creating, distributing, and following up cookie invoices, tracking and communicating Girl Experience rewards and prize drawings. • Provide as needed support to the North Atlantic Membership team.
• At least 2 years of experience in administrative support or project management, preferably in an international context. • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff, volunteers, and external partners. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote, fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. • Knowledge of or experience with the Girl Scouts organization is a plus. • A high level of cultural sensitivity and the ability to work with diverse, international teams.
