• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills • Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, sales, or marketing • Comfortable learning LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search techniques (prior experience is a plus but not mandatory) • Curious about AI and excited to learn new recruiting tools • Detail-oriented and highly organized • Self-motivated and eager to learn • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Internship experience in recruiting, HR, sales, or marketing is a plus • Fresh graduates with internship experience may apply
