📋 Description

• Research universities across the US to understand where we should recruit from • Source potential candidates using LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms • Learn and apply Boolean search techniques to identify high-quality talent • Reach out to candidates and build talent pipelines • Screen candidates based on graduation year, field of study, and role requirements • Maintain accurate recruiting data and candidate records • Work closely with your manager to improve sourcing strategies • Learn to use AI tools such as Claude and other recruiting technologies to become a more effective recruiter • Contribute ideas to improve our hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills • Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, sales, or marketing • Comfortable learning LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search techniques (prior experience is a plus but not mandatory) • Curious about AI and excited to learn new recruiting tools • Detail-oriented and highly organized • Self-motivated and eager to learn • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Internship experience in recruiting, HR, sales, or marketing is a plus • Fresh graduates with internship experience may apply
