📋 Description

• Lead Lean, Kaizen, and process improvement workshops • Apply Lean methodologies and tools to identify and eliminate waste • Facilitate root cause analysis and problem-solving activities • Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement • Coach and train employees and leaders in Lean principles and methodologies • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and other Finance processes • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and process risks • Design and implement standardized and scalable process solutions • Ensure best practices are identified, documented, standardized, and replicated across the organization • Identify opportunities for AI-based process automation and optimization • Lead Finance transformation initiatives and projects • Support organizational change and stakeholder engagement activities • Develop communication and training concepts for improvement initiatives • Facilitate alignment between SSC, business stakeholders, and leadership teams • Ensure successful adoption of new processes and ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field • Experience in Process Excellence, Lean Management, Continuous Improvement, or related functions • Lean Admin certification preferred • Experience within Finance Operations, Shared Services, or Global Business Services environments preferred • Proven track record of delivering measurable process improvements and productivity gains • Experience managing cross-functional improvement projects • Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies • Experience with process mapping and process optimization • Knowledge of Finance processes such as P2P, O2C, and R2R • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP • Strong analytical, reporting, and data visualization capabilities
