📋 Description

• Orchestrate delivery of property intelligence software solutions for a key client • Work with cross-functional teams including Solution Architect, Technical Product Manager, and Software Engineers • Manage technology modernization, AI adoption, and digital transformation initiatives • Plan roadmaps and allocate resources across multiple projects • Manage budgets, margins, scope, timelines, deliverables, estimates, and change management • Manage customer stakeholders and project portfolio roadmaps aligned with business priorities and constraints • Coordinate collaboration and communication between customers and development teams • Build a healthy team culture through coaching, mentorship, collaboration, and protection from distractions • Lead change, including AI SDLC adoption and adaptation • Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and blockers • Manage team objectives, performance, growth, administration, customer orders, invoice preparation, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of experience as Project Manager or Delivery Manager for software development projects • Proven track record managing distributed software development projects end-to-end • Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in project budget management and margin ownership • Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to negotiate and influence without formal authority • Experience in resource planning, capacity management, and roadmap development across teams and projects in volatile environments • Sound understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle with practical application in complex delivery environments • Fluent English C1 – both written and spoken • Knowledge of property intelligence domain • Knowledge of design principles, engineering best practices, software architecture, and AI SDLC implementation experience • Project and team management certification and training • Information security and compliance standards and systems thinking
