• Assist customers in their efforts to be cost-effective, using effective value-added selling techniques • Grow market share in assigned territory; Meet or exceed annual territory budgeted forecast • Identify and communicate industry trends, territory activities, competitive activity, and customer requirements • Prepare timely written and verbal reports • Maintain excellent working relationships with customers through regular contact with decision-makers • Sell all assigned product lines to customers to secure marketplace position • Utilize purchase agreements and long-term contracts to prevent competitors from selling low margin products • Provide technical assistance to customers and troubleshoot product and process issues
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or related field or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the chemical specialty field (Die Cast) • 5+ years of experience in value selling • 5+ years of experience in a leadership or competitive function
