📋 Description

• You are responsible for the smooth operation of all technical systems in our locations (including kitchen, refrigeration, ventilation, electrical and sanitary systems) • You coordinate and manage external service providers and internal contacts to ensure timely maintenance, servicing, repairs, cleaning and disposal • You plan and implement maintenance and inspection intervals in accordance with legal requirements (e.g., DGUV, fire protection, hygiene) • You receive technical service requests from our stores, assign them to the appropriate service providers in the regions and monitor them — from the first call to the final task in the store • You are responsible for our ticketing system and ensure that communication between the service provider, the store and headquarters runs smoothly • You monitor costs, budgets and maintenance efforts and continuously optimize them • You work closely with our teams from Operations, Construction and our restaurant management teams

🎯 Requirements

• You have completed technical training (apprenticeship or equivalent) • You have solid knowledge of the technical requirements in gastronomy/chain restaurants • You have experience working with commercial kitchen equipment and restaurant infrastructure • You are familiar with relevant legal regulations and standards • You work in a structured, solution-oriented way and keep an overview even in stressful situations • You are confident with Microsoft Office; experience with ticketing systems is an advantage • You demonstrate strong communication skills and a pronounced hands-on mentality
