📋 Description

• Grow existing business and identify central lab business from new clients • Assess client satisfaction and recommend opportunities for improvement. • Serve as client point of escalation on all key accounts. • Work closely with proposal development and marketing teams. • Participate in sponsor’s visit activities, maintaining a strong relationship with clients and vendors.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • 5+ years of experience in a CRO, Central Lab, Pharmaceutical or lab sales industry experience. • Strong commercial acumen with skills to identify and develop sales leads. • Experience with SFDC as CRM. • Ability to travel as needed, sometimes at short notice.
