📋 Description

• Customer support that delights: You are the voice of Frühlingszwiebel for our customers. • Keep e‑commerce operations running: You are the point of contact for our fulfillment/3PL, coordinate restocking and monitor inventory levels. • Processes & tools under control: You ensure our workflows run smoothly and are properly documented — from Shopify to Asana and our digital filing system. • Right hand to executive management: You free up the executive team by coordinating topics and to‑dos, driving projects independently and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of operational experience in an e‑commerce/D2C company. You know the day‑to‑day operations of an online shop from the inside, ideally in a Shopify environment. • Experience in customer support / customer communication. You know how to handle even frustrated customers in a friendly and confident manner. • Tool affinity. You are comfortable working with modern cloud and AI tools (Shopify, Asana, Google Workspace, AI ticketing systems) and enjoy trying out new tools. • Nice to have: exposure to preliminary bookkeeping, inventory management/forecasting, or Amazon Seller experience.
