📋 Description
• Build and launch paid campaigns across search, social, and emerging channels • Monitor performance daily and bring forward both problems and opportunities • Optimize campaigns continuously, adjusting bids, budgets, audiences, and creative based on what the data is telling you • Partner with our internal creative team to brief and execute performance-driven ad content • Help manage and grow our creator and influencer program, supporting content pipelines and internal approvals • Pull weekly performance reports and translate raw numbers into clear, actionable insights for the broader team • Identify trends across channels and connect the dots between spend and revenue outcomes
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital media, or growth • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing at least one paid channel - Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok ads or similar • Strong analytical skills; comfortable in platforms like Google Analytics and Excel • Highly organized and comfortable operating multiple priorities in a remote environment
