📋 Description

• Lead SCALE WMS implementation projects across multiple warehouses and geographies. • Manage and mentor consultants/engineers working on SCALE WMS projects. • Oversee system configuration, design workshops, and solution architecture. • Collaborate with client leadership to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Ensure documentation standards (URS, SOPs, process flows, functional/technical specs, test scenarios). • Coordinate with external vendors for TMS, MHE, packing, and conveyor system integrations. • Drive user acceptance testing, training, and ongoing support. • Troubleshoot complex operational and technical issues across SCALE and integrated systems. • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, compliance, and scalability. • Act as the escalation point for critical WMS issues and coordinate with Manhattan Associates support teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in Manhattan SCALE WMS implementations and support. • Proven track record of leading large-scale WMS projects in high-volume, multi-site operations. • Strong understanding of supply chain principles and warehouse management processes (inbound, outbound, inventory). • Expertise in PL/SQL, SSRS, and ERP integrations with SCALE. • Experience with automation, MHE, and new site rollouts. • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and provide front-line support to warehouse staff. • Strong troubleshooting skills for Manhattan WMS and LMS applications. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
