📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service. • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, appointment reminders, or outreach as required. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using client-specific systems. • Perform off-phone tasks such as scheduling appointments, processing data, managing emails, or handling administrative duties. • Adapt to various client workflows and expectations. • Follow all privacy, confidentiality, and compliance standards (including HIPAA where applicable). • Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to ensure seamless support and client satisfaction. • Other duties assigned by leader and/or Client.

🎯 Requirements

• Neutral English accent is a requirement. • At least 1-3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant. • At least 18 years of age and completed High School. • Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or virtual assistant role preferred. • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills. • Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills. • Comfortable using remote tools such as CRMs, phone software, calendars, and communication platforms. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision. • Able to work on a graveyard shift. • Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP. • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office). • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar). • Proactive attitude & willingness to be trained.
