• Work with both the FullFunnel team and clients to develop and execute business development strategies • Research and understand target audiences and build and deploy email, social, and calling campaigns to reach and convert those audiences • Cold call prospects to discover and qualify sales opportunities to meet client goals and KPIs • Work closely with Account Director and Operations teams to deliver high-quality sales development services • Deploy prospecting campaigns using tele-prospecting, email, and social channels • Coordinating with Sales Operations on sales enablement initiatives, list and audience building, and campaign deployment
• Bachelor's Degree • 0-2 years work experience in related field • Ability to learn and adapt to new strategies and technologies • Motivated to succeed in a fast-paced, team environment • Intellectually curious with intense desire to continuously learn new things • Coachable, driven, and hard-working • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools is a plus
