📋 Description

• Own Gift Cart end-to-end across strategy, discovery, and delivery • Define Gift Cart strategy and translate it into a prioritized roadmap • Communicate regularly with customers and CSMs and analyze data with the analytics team • Write detailed, engineering-ready specifications with requirements and edge cases • Take features from idea through launch in collaboration with design and engineering • Track conversion, average gift size, error rates, product health, and growth • Prepare CSMs and Sales for launches • Align stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and plan changes • Collaborate directly with Engineering TL, Engineers, Designer, Analyst, CSM, and Sales teams • Use AI to accelerate analysis, specifications, and communication

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning a product area end-to-end and responsibility for outcomes • Ability to build and explain a 12–24-month strategy and roadmap • Data-driven funnel analysis and identification of growth opportunities • Ability to write clear engineering specifications covering edge cases • Systems thinking, including understanding dependencies and anticipating impacts • Strong UX sensibility • Comfortable working across design, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders • English fluency (C1) • Meaningful existing use of AI in day-to-day work and understanding of its value • Nice to have: experience in e-commerce or multi-step checkout flows • Nice to have: experience with nonprofits, donors, or fundraising • Nice to have: experience with payment flows or financial products
