📋 Description

• Own Gift Cart strategy, discovery, and delivery end-to-end • Define the Gift Cart strategy and translate it into a prioritized roadmap • Communicate regularly with customers and CSMs • Analyze data with the analytics team to identify growth opportunities • Write detailed engineering-ready specifications covering requirements and edge cases • Take features from idea through launch with design and engineering • Track conversion, average gift size, error rates, and other product health metrics • Prepare CSMs and Sales for launches • Keep stakeholders aligned on priorities, timelines, and plan changes • Collaborate directly with Engineering TL, Engineers, Designer, Analyst, CSM, and Sales teams • Use AI to accelerate analysis, specifications, and communication

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning a product area end-to-end and responsibility for outcomes • Ability to build a strategy and roadmap for 12–24 months and explain decision reasoning • Data-driven analysis of funnels and growth opportunities • Ability to write clear engineering specifications with edge cases covered • Systems-thinking ability, including understanding dependencies and anticipating impacts • Strong UX sensibility • Comfortable working across design, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders • English fluency at C1 level • Meaningful existing use of AI in day-to-day work and understanding of its value • Experience in e-commerce or products with multi-step checkout flows (nice to have) • Experience with nonprofits, donors, or fundraising (nice to have) • Experience with payment flows or financial products (nice to have)
