• Turn customer research, market evidence, and business context into an Events & Commerce product thesis and sequenced roadmap • Choose a focused target segment and event scenario • Decide which capabilities belong in the shared In-Person Giving foundation versus an Events-specific model • Determine what to build, integrate, partner on, or exclude • Maintain visible assumptions, success metrics, scope, risks, and product decisions • Work with nonprofit fundraising teams, event operators, finance teams, volunteers, attendees, donors, design partners, and internal GTM teams • Map event workflows before, during, and after events, including purchase, donation, check-in, fulfillment, reconciliation, reporting, and follow-up • Validate decisions through interviews, workflow observation, prototypes, and live product usage • Own the product from problem definition through requirements, delivery, launch, and iteration • Write requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases, state transitions, and decision records • Make scope and trade-off decisions with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Research, QA, and GTM partners • Design for staff and volunteer operators, self-service flows, mobile devices, optional hardware, unreliable connectivity, high-volume moments, and operational recovery • Reuse existing payments, campaign, donor, reporting, CRM, and identity infrastructure • Launch through EAPs with entry criteria, target workflows, success measures, readiness requirements, and out-of-scope areas • Measure configuration, workflow execution, attendee purchase, check-in, donation, confirmations, and receipts • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, CSM, Support, Finance, Legal, and Operations on positioning, commitments, enablement, and launch readiness • Connect product evidence to activation, adoption, event completion, GPV, expansion, pipeline, retention, and operational cost • Turn evidence into recommendations to iterate, expand, change direction, partner, or stop • Use AI for research synthesis, workflow analysis, prototyping, specification quality, data exploration, and operational automation • Build testable artifacts quickly without outsourcing product judgment
• 4–7 years of Product Management or Product Ownership experience in a software product company • End-to-end ownership of a customer-facing product area with Engineering and Design • Strong judgment in reducing a large problem space to a focused release and explaining trade-offs • Experience turning customer evidence and product data into decisions • Clear written communication across requirements, edge cases, metrics, and decision records • Ability to work with transactional, multi-actor workflows involving permissions, states, money, and data relationships • High ownership and independence • Fluent written and spoken English • Fluent Russian and English (C1+) • Experience with ticketing, event technology, commerce, POS, payments, marketplaces, registration, auctions, or other transaction-heavy products is a strong plus • Experience with mobile applications, contactless payments, physical devices, or hardware-enabled workflows is a strong plus • Experience with B2B SaaS, fundraising, nonprofits, or operationally complex customer environments is a strong plus • Experience launching a new product area through beta or EAP is a strong plus • Knowledge of CRM integrations, financial reconciliation, reporting, transaction attribution, analytics, or SQL is a strong plus • Practical use of AI for research, prototyping, analysis, or product operations is a strong plus
