📋 Description

• Technical supervision and maintenance of approximately 30 sites • Support in fault resolution, maintenance, testing and repairs of a wide range of building services systems • Monitoring and inspection of performed services with respect to quality, cost and adherence to deadlines • Management of subcontractors • Supervision, acceptance and billing of maintenance, refurbishment and expansion measures • Technical planning and implementation of special services (repairs, renewals, etc.) • Defect management and warranty handling within the area of responsibility • Contribution to the continuous improvement of our facility management department

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree (Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Facility Management) and/or technical qualification in electrical engineering, HVAC, heating technology, ventilation or sanitary/plumbing technology with a certified technician/master craftsman • Significant professional experience in a comparable position • Strong service orientation • Good knowledge of DGUV, DIN/VdS and GEFMA • Good knowledge of building regulations (LBO), VOB and HOAI and ideally experienced in administrative processes • Confident, professional manner when dealing with various stakeholders • Experience in project management, strong planning and organizational skills • Good knowledge of CAFM software and CAD desirable • High quality standards, team player and ability to work independently • Willingness to travel; driving licence class B
