📋 Description

• Drive governance, coordination, reporting, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement across a global ERP transformation program • Lead PMO activities across the ERP transformation program and align projects and workstreams • Coordinate Steering Committee meetings, decision boards, quality gates, and status reporting • Monitor and maintain program RAID logs and escalate risks and issues • Support integrated cutover planning and execution across project streams • Ensure compliance with project management standards, methodologies, and documentation quality requirements • Administer program collaboration platforms, reporting tools, and stakeholder communications • Contribute to digital transformation projects in the life sciences industry

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of PMO experience • Minimum 3 years in a PMO leadership role within a large-scale international ERP transformation program • Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP ERP implementation as a PMO lead • SAP S/4HANA Public or Private Cloud experience preferred • Strong knowledge of program governance, financial management, risk management, and executive reporting • Proficiency in SAP Activate methodology • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills • Fluent business English, written and spoken
