📋 Description

• Plan, prepare, and execute functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing for SAP HCM solutions • Design, maintain, and execute test cases and test scripts based on business and functional requirements • Validate end-to-end SAP HCM processes, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, and ESS/MSS • Perform integration testing with connected SAP modules and third-party HR systems • Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution • Work closely with functional consultants and technical teams • Support business users during User Acceptance Testing and provide testing guidance • Participate in requirements reviews to ensure testability and complete test coverage • Prepare test documentation, test evidence, and status reports • Contribute to test planning, risk assessments, and release readiness activities • Ensure compliance with quality standards, validation requirements, and project methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SAP testing, including at least 3 years focused on SAP HCM • Hands-on experience testing SAP HCM modules: Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, ESS, and MSS • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR business processes and integration with Payroll and Time Management • Experience with system, integration, regression, and UAT testing • Ability to create comprehensive test strategies, test cases, and defect reports • Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP Solution Manager, or similar test and defect management tools • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Strong communication skills • Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments
