📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI-powered solutions across various corporate functions • Manage a portfolio of AI use cases from Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions to bespoke GenAI and machine learning solutions • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders • Ensure delivery expertise combined with technical understanding of AI platforms, cloud-native architectures, data integrations, and software development practices

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of IT project or program management experience • 3+ years delivering AI, analytics, automation, or digital transformation initiatives • Proven experience managing cloud-based application delivery on Microsoft Azure • Experience managing software development projects using Agile delivery methodologies • Experience working with global cross-functional business and IT stakeholders • Experience delivering Generative AI solutions into production (preferred) • Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure OpenAI services (preferred) • Experience within Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Manufacturing, or CDMO environments (preferred) • Experience working within regulated environments and GxP processes (preferred) • Experience managing global delivery teams and external system integrators (preferred)
