• Perform routine administrative, transactional, and operational tasks across the Human Resources department • Manage the end-to-end preboarding process from offer acceptance through the employee’s first day • Support HR programs such as education assistance and employee referral programs • Coordinate and execute offboarding processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a Human Resources support role • Three years of Workday HCM experience encompassing employee onboarding and offboarding preferred
