• Building and maintaining client relationships • Driving sales and identifying new business opportunities • Conducting sales needs analysis with new and prospective customers • Creating a strong sales pipeline of qualified prospects • Achieving a monthly unit quota in data, product, service, and or video sales • Responding to customer inquiries promptly • Designing solutions to meet the communication needs of small and mid-sized business customers.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience required • At least 5 years’ experience in an inside/outside sales environment preferred • Strong negotiation skills • Experience with a Windows-based PC and CRM tools such as Salesforce is required • Intermediate proficiency in the MS Office suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
