• Point of contact for all data protection matters at Forschungsverbund Berlin • Advise, raise awareness among, and train employees • Independently implement data protection measures and projects • Support in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating civil-law contracts • Advise management and all departments on various legal issues
• University degree (ideally a fully qualified lawyer) • Proven expertise and, ideally, several years of professional experience in data protection • Solid knowledge of civil law • Independent, service- and solution-oriented working style • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English • Strong IT affinity • Ideally, prior experience in the academic or research sector
