📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, maintain and enhance Golang microservices and frontend applications • Deliver performant customer interfaces driven by the design system • Take full ownership of features from ideation through production • Contribute to technical strategy and communicate architectural decisions • Improve service and application performance and observability • Improve team and business quality of life through automation, process improvement or new technologies • Collect, process, verify and serve large amounts of financial data describing cross-border payments • Interact with stakeholders across the business and collaborate within a technical team

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level software engineering experience • Ability to write Golang services and web application backends • Ability to deploy applications in Docker containers • Ability to build componentised frontends in React/TypeScript • Ability to write performant SQL • Understanding of clean code principles and TypeScript and Go idioms • Ability to review code and establish team quality standards • Ability to learn and engage with a new business domain and product • Ability to communicate complex topics to technical and non-technical people • Experience or interest in AI technologies • Helpful but non-essential: concurrent logic/goroutines, GitLab CI/CD pipelines, Prometheus, Grafana, productionised AI tools, MaterialUI, Airflow, Python or Terraform
