📋 Description

• Design intuitive digital experiences and interfaces mapped to buyer journeys for FyerX and client brands • Create architecture diagrams, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma • Develop visual identities and design systems across web, social, and sales touchpoints • Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and marketing strategists • Design UI/UX screens for custom mobile applications • Conduct user research and map buyer questions • Redesign digital journeys based on user feedback • Ensure usability and cross-device compatibility

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer • Strong portfolio showcasing intuitive web platforms, mobile app interfaces, and cohesive digital brand experiences • 3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience • Proven track record of shipping complex web applications, landing pages, and digital products • Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools, primarily Figma • Experience crafting scalable component libraries and maintaining robust design systems • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive web layouts, micro-interactions, typography, and WCAG accessibility standards • Strong visual design skills • Ability to translate highly technical workflows into visually approachable graphics without losing underlying business logic • Strategic problem-solving skills • Focus on creating reusable visual assets and ensuring consistent visual weight across digital channels • Strong organizational, time-tracking, and project management skills • Ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines • Ability to coordinate effectively with remote engineering and marketing teams
