📋 Description

• Shape how customers access, organize, and manage content across the Hyland Content Innovation Cloud platform • Influence content federation across multiple repositories • Design search and browse experiences that help customers surface and act on content with AI • Work with product and engineering teams to build alignment and translate ambiguity into clear direction • Make tradeoffs addressing user needs and total cost of ownership • Partner with researchers to translate user insights and customer needs into journey maps, stories, flows, concepts, and interactive prototypes • Create scalable patterns, workflows, and interaction models across teams, products, roles, and edge cases • Design AI-assisted experiences involving search, recommendations, and content understanding • Ensure transparency, control, and trust in AI-powered experiences • Drive accessibility as a first-class requirement and ensure WCAG 2.2 AA compliance • Partner with accessibility experts and engineering teams • Provide annotated design specifications and documentation detailing interaction behaviors and acceptance criteria

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience delivering complex enterprise software with consumer-grade usability and polish • Strong examples of shipped work and measurable impact • Proven accessibility expertise, including delivery of products meeting WCAG 2.2 AA success criteria • Experience with responsive reflow considerations and collaboration with accessibility specialists • Design system fluency, including applying and extending component systems • Proficiency with Figma • Track record of producing interactive prototypes and clear specifications • Experience working within Agile product delivery teams • Strong product judgment and ability to navigate tradeoffs • Experience designing AI-enabled products or model-driven experiences • Understanding of transparency, control, safety, bias, and quality considerations • Deep expertise in Material Design 3 and/or Angular Material • Strong experience in responsive and adaptive layout design • Strong visual design, interaction design, and microcopy writing skills • Research-informed practice, translating qualitative and quantitative insights into product improvements • Strong judgment, prioritization, ownership, and ability to address ambiguous challenges
