• Daily Monitor the AM Board in ConnectWise Manage (CWM); route tickets to the technical team, close stray or duplicate sales tickets (100–200 at month‑ start). • Create opportunities for computer quotes, firewall renewals, and MSAs; attach Scope of Work (SOW) spreadsheets and notify the BRM/BDM once ready. • Clean and update workstation data in CWM & Lifecycle Insights (LCI): serial numbers, expiration dates, location mismatches. • Add new prospects in CWM & LCI; upload client profiles for potential partners. • Pull prospect lists for target territories and assist hunters with outreach emails. • Update the Past‑ Due Opportunities & Industry Vendor List Refresh the Actual‑to‑Forecast Master Sheet. • Maintain the Won vs Lost Business Opportunities Tracker. • Send the morning Quote Tracker to highlight any backlog. • Remind the team to complete their weekly forecasts and reports. • Prepare and update MSA and Firewall Renewal opportunities; coordinate review with the BRM. • Assist in Competitor Analysis and Dx Discovery report formatting. • Draft, format, and mail introductory letters & envelopes for new prospects. • Update Microsoft license counts in CloudRadial per SOP. • Provide data support for quarterly partner business reviews (BRM Report for Mat). • Maintain BrightGauge and Lattice dashboards and KPIs visible to the sales team. • Communicate proactively across departments to resolve data discrepancies or process gaps.
• Exceptional English communication (written, spoken, and comprehension). • 2+ years in sales operations, sales administration, or MSP back‑ office support. • Proven proficiency with ConnectWise Manage (or similar PSA), Excel/Google Sheets(advanced formulas & look‑ ups), and CRM/quote‑ to‑ cash workflows. • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple high‑ volume tasks. • Proactive mindset—anticipates next steps, surfaces issues early, and keeps stakeholders informed. • Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and openness in all interactions.
