📋 Description
• Ensure administrative and operational management of HR activities • Manage employees: identify recruitment needs, draft and publish job advertisements and contracts • Process applications and handle recruitment, onboard new employees and manage administrative paperwork (engagement letters, certificates, end of collaboration, etc.) • Collaborate with different HR teams: Training, Coaching, Projects • Contribute to establishing partnerships with schools • Participate in continuous improvement of HR processes and documentation
🎯 Requirements
• Studying Human Resources (current student or nearing completion) • Proficient with office tools; experience with Google Drive, Google Sheets and Google Docs is a plus • Autonomous, responsible, and proactive • Good written and verbal communication skills (French B2/C1 minimum) • Comfortable working remotely
