📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain Amazon Connect solutions for voice and digital customer interactions • Configure and optimize call routing, IVR workflows, queues, and contact flows • Support omnichannel customer interactions including voice, chat, email, and SMS • Develop integrations between Amazon Connect, CRM platforms, and other enterprise systems • Build and support solutions leveraging AWS Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions • Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability • Participate in testing, deployment, and release activities • Collaborate with business teams, architects, QA teams, and operations teams • Work with onshore and offshore teams to deliver solutions and support continuous improvement initiatives • Develop the product without accessing or processing PHI, PII, or secured/confidential client data

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in contact center technologies or customer service platforms • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect • Good understanding of call routing, IVR, queues, and omnichannel interactions (voice, chat, email, SMS) • Experience integrating Amazon Connect with CRM and other enterprise applications • Ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions • Knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, and IAM • Experience troubleshooting and resolving production issues • Familiarity with cloud-based application integration and monitoring concepts • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to work collaboratively with onshore and offshore teams • AWS Connect and/or AWS Cloud certifications are preferred • Healthcare domain knowledge is preferred
