📋 Description

• Develop API and back-end code functionality for ACC and compute applications • Own end-to-end product development of core application frameworks, focusing on usability, performance, and robustness • Bring marketplace innovation and contribute to the wider community • Understand the business domain deeply and work closely with business stakeholders • Collaborate with the team to build solutions for Akamai using in-house technology and open-source projects • Build large, scalable distributed systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or its equivalent • Understanding of Java, REST API interfaces, and service-oriented architecture • Understanding of web application development, design patterns, and test-driven development • Familiarity with CI tools such as Jenkins • Familiarity with version control software such as Git • Familiarity with JSON, Docker, and SQL databases • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices • Ability to communicate complex technical content to audiences with varying technical abilities
