📋 Description

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for software development projects • Work closely with stakeholders, end-users, project managers, and developers • Translate business objectives into technical solutions • Support the software development lifecycle from inception to implementation • Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements • Evaluate and optimize business processes to align with software capabilities • Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams • Create and maintain BRDs, user stories, process flows, and training materials • Support UAT, identify and resolve defects, and assist end-users during testing and go-live phases • Assist with project planning, tracking, and change management by analyzing impacts, managing risks, and communicating updates

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Architecture, Requirements Gathering, Process Mapping, Documentation • 3+ years in Pharmacy Systems and US PBM Domain knowledge with Medicaid experience as a plus • Skilled in both Agile and Waterfall SDLC Methodologies • Experience leading teams and mentoring junior Analysts and Architects while working with cross-functional technical and non-technical partners • Familiarity with Large Corporate Matrixed Environments with SSIS experience as a plus
