📋 Description
• Lead the design and development of enterprise-wide training programs, including high-stakes or complex initiatives. • Mentor junior instructional designers and contribute to team development. • Drive innovation in instructional design, implementing cutting-edge tools and methodologies such as video and eLearning module creation. • Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to create scalable and impactful learning experiences. • Manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and timeliness.
🎯 Requirements
• Five (5) or more years of experience in instructional design for adult learners required. • Proficiency in advanced instructional design techniques and eLearning tools required. • Experience managing large-scale or complex projects required. • Experience with SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integrations preferred. • Experience in training transformation projects and program development for system implementations is preferred.
