📋 Description

• Create and implement project definitions, schedules, budgets, and objectives for one or more small to medium-sized projects • Prepare detailed statements of work and obtain stakeholder concurrence and approval • Participate in delivery assurance reviews to ensure adherence to project management policies and procedures • Assist with project staffing and organize project team members around deadlines, assignments, and objectives • Manage project costs, schedules, quality, and deliverables • Review project status, identify risks, and recommend or implement approved mitigation solutions • Manage project changes involving technical requirements, business requirements, and schedules • Manage client, company, and project team expectations using project performance metrics • Oversee assigned project personnel, assign work, provide direction, address performance issues, and provide performance input

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, engineering or related field preferred • Three or more years of experience in project management • Experience with project management methodologies such as Catalyst, including budget development, project planning, control and assurance methodologies, project management software, and finance and accounting concepts and practices • Experience with delivery assurance principles and relevant procedures • Experience with techniques and approaches related to architecture, development, integration, and deployment of project phases • Ability to work the shift timing of 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
