📋 Description

• Manage daily marketplace and e-commerce operations • Monitor sales, margins, conversion and performance KPIs • Plan and oversee commercial campaigns and the promotional calendar • Update listings, products, prices and inventory on platforms • Analyze metrics and recommend actions to increase sales and profitability • Develop management reports and monitoring dashboards • Collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, Finance and Customer Service teams • Identify growth opportunities and operational improvements • Support automation and process optimization projects

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations (Mercado Livre, Shopee, Amazon, B2W, Magalu) • Excel or Google Sheets (Intermediate/Advanced) • KPI management, organization and planning skills • Paid Traffic or CRM (RD Station, HubSpot, Kenlo) – preferred • Experience in manufacturing or digital retail • Knowledge of ERP and Hub – preferred • Proactivity, strong communication, strategic thinking and result orientation
