📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications • Own the full software development life cycle from concept through deployment and maintenance • Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely, effective solutions • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications • Maintain and optimize existing web applications for performance and scalability • Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices • Implement visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces with the team • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices • Lead and mentor junior developers • Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, design discussions, and hands-on guidance • Suggest improvements and contribute to technical architecture and infrastructure • Drive technical decisions and contribute to long-term technology roadmap planning • Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and libraries based on project needs

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Full Stack Web Developer experience, including 3 years in a senior or lead role • Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience • Experience with ASP.NET WebForms, ASP.NET Core Web APIs, C#, and LINQ • Experience with Entity Framework 6 and EF Core • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs • Experience with Clean Architecture and familiarity with microservices • Hands-on experience with software design patterns including Repository, Unit of Work, and CQRS • Ability to design caching architectures for high-traffic applications such as Redis • Experience with Azure API Management, AWS API Gateway, API Gateway architecture, or similar solutions is a plus • Experience with message-based systems such as RabbitMQ is a plus • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Ajax • Proficiency in React JS; Next JS is a plus • Experience with Telerik UI controls for ASP.NET WebForms is a plus • Experience with Hangfire for background job processing and scheduling • Strong understanding of asynchronous processing, retries, and failure handling • Familiarity with cloud services and deployments; Azure preferred, AWS and Google Cloud • Experience with DevOps systems, preferably Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines with automated builds, tests, and deployments • Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL • Experience with version control systems such as Git; TFVC is a plus • Knowledge of testing frameworks and tools such as .NET xUnit, Cypress, Selenium, and SonarQube • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in an Agile environment • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Azure certifications AZ 900, AZ 204/AZ 104, AZ 302, AZ 305, or AZ 400 are a plus • Additional courses or certifications in the listed technologies are a plus
